Korea sells some of the world's most wanted things — skincare, albums, fashion, stationery — through stores that mostly won't take a foreign card or ship abroad. We're the people in Korea who buy for you.

What we're building

A shopping and shipping service that feels like buying locally: you see the Korean price, every fee, and the shipping before you pay; we check what arrives and send it the way you choose. No hidden currency markups, no fee that shows up at the last step.

How we keep ourselves honest

• Postal shipping is charged at Korea Post's published rates, so you can check them yourself.
• Our exchange rate margin is a fixed, published 4.5% — the same for every payment method.
• If an estimate turns out high, we refund the difference without being asked.
• We only publish reviews from verified orders, and we never write reviews ourselves.
• Our team writes the guides in the community; posts from staff are always labelled.

The name and the seal

“Hot deal” (핫딜) is what Koreans call a limited-time bargain — the sale week, the restock, the pre-order window. Our logo is a Korean name seal (도장) carrying the syllable 핫, “hot”. In Korea a seal is how you sign for something you stand behind.
