Paying and currency
Korean stores price in won, so we do too. At checkout we charge US dollars at the mid-market rate plus 4.5%. That margin covers card and PayPal fees and currency conversion — there's no other payment fee, and it's the same whichever way you pay.
₩10,000 ≈ $7.71 (reference rate 2026-09-28)
Pay once, if you like. When you send links you can choose to pay for items and estimated shipping together. If the packed box costs less, we refund the difference automatically. If it costs up to 10% more, we cover it. Beyond that, we ask before charging anything.
Refunds go back to the way you paid. See refunds and cancellations.
Import duties and taxes
Your country may charge tax or duty when your parcel arrives. For the United States we collect duties at checkout and refund any difference once US Customs bills the actual amount. Elsewhere, you pay them to the carrier on delivery. These are our summaries of the public rules — customs decides the final amount.
