An illustrative basket, not a current product offer. Your own quote uses the store prices checked for your request.
This example assumes the store’s free-delivery threshold. A store delivery charge, if any, appears separately in your quote.
Charged per store order, not per item. Waived when that store order reaches ₩200,000.
Configured EMS shipping for an example 1 kg box to Japan. Packed weight and dimensions determine the final amount.
Added once per outbound shipment for packing materials, customs paperwork and the shipping label.
Illustrative basket and exchange rate, not a live quote. Includes 4.5% currency conversion margin. Final weight and any import taxes may change the total.

Arrival records include photos and parcel weight. These help you check what arrived; they are not an authenticity certification or a product performance test. Ask about specific inspection needs before buying.

Availability can change before purchase. Cancellations, returns and refunds depend on the order stage and store conditions. Send the request or shipment number with your question so the team can review the right record.

Perfume, batteries, food and other restricted goods may need a different route or may not be accepted. Check the restrictions before ordering; destination customs decides admissibility and any import charges.

A few answers before you start your Korean shopping adventure.
Visit the help centreAnswers before your first order
Do I need a Korean card or phone number?
No. With our buying service, you send us product links and we place the Korean store order for you after you accept and pay the quote. Items that require personal identity verification may not be available.
What will I pay?
Your items, any Korean delivery fee, a ₩3,500 service fee per store order, international shipping and ₩3,000 packing and handling per shipment. The service fee is waived on store orders of ₩200,000 or more. Currency conversion includes a 4.5% margin. Import taxes may apply.
Can I combine orders from different stores?
Yes. Combining parcels is free, with 60 days of free storage per parcel. Shipping is calculated from your final packed box, so combining can reduce separate shipping charges. Oversized or restricted items may need separate boxes.
Can I shop myself and just use your address?
Yes. Choose the forwarding service if you can check out at the Korean store yourself. Your account shows your personal suite code and the warehouse details when available. Register each incoming parcel so it can be matched to your box.
