Bunjang is a person-to-person market. Prices are often negotiable, listings disappear quickly, and quality depends on the seller — so every Bunjang item gets extra checks before it leaves Korea.
What we do for Bunjang orders
- Message the seller in Korean to confirm the item is still available and matches the listing.
- Pay through Bunjang's own safe-payment system (번개페이) whenever the seller supports it.
- Photograph the item when it arrives, before confirming receipt to the seller, so problems can be disputed.
Photocard buyers
Fake photocards are common. We compare the card against the listing photos and the official version where references exist, but we can't certify authenticity. Ask for close-up photos in your request note.
